Gloria’s journey in the field of psychotherapy has been guided by a deep commitment to helping
individuals navigate the complexities of their emotional well-being. She
specializes in working with young and senior adults who are grappling with general anxiety, depression,
and panic attacks.

Through one-on-one sessions, Gloria offers a safe and empathetic space where clients can explore
their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Gloria’s approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based practices and tailored to meet the unique
needs of each client, understanding that no two individuals are the same.
The goal is to empower clients to develop coping strategies, build self-awareness, and embark on a

Gloria is proficient in speaking Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

Gloria earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service.
