Anabel Quiroz (she/her/hers) is a Mental Health Counselor who has vast experience working with children, adults, and families who have experienced various forms of trauma. Anabel obtained her Master’s Degree in Community Mental Health Counseling from the University of Rochester and is a National Certified Counselor. She is trained in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Child-Parent Psychotherapy. Anabel specializes in trauma-informed care, domestic and intimate partner violence, and issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Anabel is fluent in Spanish and is available for teletherapy.
