Sabine (pronouns: she/her or they/them) is committed to helping people live a better quality of life by empowering them to see that they are capable of making change and thriving. With over five years of experience in the Mental and Behavioral health field, she has worked with individuals and families from various backgrounds. To hold space for her clients, Sabine draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness interventions in combination with her genuine and compassionate energy.

Her specialities include working with BIPOC folks, members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals who were formerly incarcerated, survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence, and supporting clients in navigating challenges included but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, and substance use struggles.

Sabine earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service and is a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Use Counselor (CASAC). To better support her clients working through trauma she is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) , Prolonged Exposure (PE) , and Cognitive Reprocessing Therapy (CPT).
